This book is loaded with information about diet, and full body ab workouts. His
expertise on the diet and exercise is evident looking through his book. The Truth
About Abs Review below will tell you why I think the information in
this book is truly unique.
The Truth About Abs starts off discussing the different muscles of the abdomen, and how it's important to work
each part. It was interesting to see how the different exercises would work your midsection in different ways. It's
information that you might not see anywhere else.

The book includes 20 ab exercises in the main section. I was amazed by the exercises in this book. They aren't
the run of the mill exercises. I hadn't seen a few of them before. One of the workouts uses a fitness ball.
The exercises work more than just your abs, and gives you a full body workout that burns the fat off. The
workouts are 30-45 minutes done 2-3 times a week. There are also cardio sessions done at specific intervals to help
burn even more fat.
The cardio workouts aren't the normal type of cardio workouts either. The types of cardio workouts the book has
you do are short but intense. All the workouts are highly effective, and your whole midsection will feel it.
The diet that Truth About Abs suggests is
a balanced healthy diet. The book explains how diet and exercise need to work together to produce profound weight
loss. The diet is a livable one that is for long term health. It tells you what you should and shouldn't eat and
why.
The book explains how many so-called health foods are really junk foods that can actually make you gain more
fat. And how you don't need to waste your money on dieting supplements. That eating whole foods is the best way to
get fit and lean, leaving you with loads of energy.
This is yet another top notch diet and exercise program that will get you very lean if you follow it like it
says. Anyone can benefit from the workouts in the book, male or female. The routines will raise your metabolism to
melt the fat away. The abdominal exercises will work every area of your midsection in a big way. If a super lean,
fit looking stomach is what you are after this book is for you. I haven't found any problems with the material, or
the way it's put together.

Hey Mike! I've been using your training
programs for several weeks now, and wanted to let you know that I was
floored the other day when I stepped on the scales. I have never been able to get down to 135 lbs.
I had bought a couple pairs of jeans a while back and thought that every time I wore them they felt
looser on me. I figured it was all in my head though. Well, I hadn't weighed myself in several weeks and
wanted to make sure I was still on the right track. I stepped on, and about fainted!
I was down to 133 lbs! I have NEVER been below 137 pounds in YEARS! Then I thought I'd
