Hi everyone, my name is James Monteith. I use the pen name John
Jameson for article writing purposes. Like I said on the home page, I helped my wife Beth lose 61 pounds. She has
kept it off for over a year now, and ended up getting picked for a Cindy Crawford makeover on the Rachael Ray Show
this past September (2009).

My wife and I have two kids, a daughter that is 7 years old, and a son that
is 2 years old. Since my wife had our boy she took care of our family more than she did herself. After some
convincing I talked her into taking a little time out of her schedule to give to herself.

That included helping her eat different types of foods so that she could lose
weight. I knew she wasn't happy with her weight after our son was born. I could just tell. She didn't admit that
she was unhappy at first, but I gently worked with her until she started taking my advice about eating.

I'm so glad she did because it's still a suprise for both of us that she dropped
61 pounds. I've been over weight before and lost 55 pounds, but to be a woman and lose 61 pounds, that's so
incredible!

Landing a makeover on the Rachael Ray Show was the icing on the cake. It really
lifted her spirits in a huge way. We are both still shocked it happened! I'm so happy for her I can't put it into
words!

As mentioned, I've been overweight before, and I know what it takes to get the
weight off. I've tried numerous diet plans as well as exercise plans in my life. I've decided I need to help you
get the weight off too by building this website, and writing all the content myself.
I have a mountain of information in my head about diet and exercise, and would
love to share what I've learned with you. This website is an ongoing project with more information being added as I
progress with the building of this site.
The tips and tricks to losing weight on this website are from years of gathering
information for my own weight loss. I genuinely want to help you loss weight and keep it off forever. Sometimes it
isn't always easy at first, but once you get going and stick with it long enough it gets much easier. In fact, it
becomes very easy later on when you are used to eating less.
I prefer to use exercise as well as diet to keep my body fat low. I've been weight
training for 25 years, making many of my own weight training systems along the way. I've used weight training and
cardio exercise as well as dieting to get the weight off and keep it off for years.
It's through experimentation I've found that muscle and diet confusion is the
fastest way to lose fat. The diet and exercise plans on this website are the best I've found to get the weight off
and keep it off. I hope that you enjoy the information presented on this website, and wish you the all the luck in
the world on your journey to a skinnier you.
